Inspiring Best Practices Forum (IBPF) 2026”da yaptığı konuşmada, özellikle Türkiye’deki girişimcilerle bir araya geldiklerinde fark ettikleri konulardan birinin, aynı işin farklı yerlerde farklı değer görebilmesinin önemli bir gerçeklik olduğunu belirtti. Sistemdeki sermaye miktarı arttığında fiyatların da yükselebildiğini aktaran Dağlıoğlu, bu durumun değerlemeye ilişkin algıları da değiştirdiğini kaydetti. Dağlıoğlu, Kovid-19 salgını sonrasında dünyadaki parasal genişleme sürecinde aynı değeri üreten, aynı işi yapan teknoloji girişimlerinin birden çok daha yüksek değerlemelere konu olduğunu gördüklerini vurguladı. Dağlıoğlu, büyük kurumsal firmalarda muhasebe ve finans akışında yapılan değişikliklerin tüm değerleri etkileyebildiğini anlattı. "Girişimcilik, iş dünyasının gerçekliğinden kopmadan kullanıcı için bir değer oluşturmaktır." diyen Dağlıoğlu, "Yaptığınız girişim gerçekten bir problemi çözüyor mu? Bu çözüm, iş planı açısından gerçekten sürdürülebilir mi? Devam ettirilebilirliği var mı? Yaptığınız iş ölçeklenebiliyor mu? Etkisi ne? Bu bağlamda geniş bir soru seti içerisinden kendiniz için doğru soruları seçmeniz gerektiğini düşünüyorum." ifadelerini kullandı. Yatırım ve Finans Ofisi Başkanı Dağlıoğlu, sözlerini şöyle tamamladı: "Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanı Mehmet Fatih Kacır’ın da en üst düzey temsilcilerinden biri olduğu TEKNOFEST var. Selçuk Bayraktar bir konuşmasında 'İnsanlık için teknoloji.’ der. Aslında doğru soruyu sorarken bu yaklaşımdan ayrılmamak lazım diye düşünüyoruz. Yapay zekadan bahsediyoruz. Maalesef insanlığın katledilmesinde çok ciddi sorumluluğu olan teknolojilerden de bahsediyoruz. Bu alanda doğru soruyla yola çıkmanın önemli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Konunun Müslüman ve Türk olarak bir boyutu da var. Girişimciler için Cumhurbaşkanımız Recep Tayyip Erdoğan'dan ilham aldığım bir söz var: 'Oku, düşün, uygula, neticelendir.'
