kurumların açıklamalarını itibarsızlaştırmak için yanıltıcı bilgiyi alenen yayan, suçu ve suçluyu övüp alenen suç işlemeye teşvik eden çok sayıda hesap ve paylaşım olduğunun tespit edildiğini belirterek, "Hesaplara yönelik yapılan çalışmalar kapsamında, 72 il Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığında toplam 661 hesap sahibi hakkında soruşturma başlatılmıştır." açıklamasında bulundu. İletişim Başkanlığının sosyal medya hesabından yapılan açıklamada, Şanlıurfa ve Kahramanmaraş'ta meydana gelen okul saldırılarıyla ilgili soruşturmaların, Kahramanmaraş, Şanlıurfa ve Siverek Cumhuriyet Başsavcılıklarınca çok yönlü ve titizlikle sürdürüldüğü ifade edildi. Sürecin, Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan'ın çocukların güvenliği ve milletin huzuruna yönelik hassasiyetleri ve talimatları doğrultusunda ilgili kurumlarla tam bir koordinasyon içerisinde yürütüldüğü vurgulanan açıklamada, şunlar kaydedildi: "Yayın yasağına rağmen olaya ait görüntüleri yayınlayan ya da halk arasında korku, kaygı, panik oluşturabilecek nitelikteki paylaşım yapan, resmi kurumların açıklamalarını itibarsızlaştırmak için yanıltıcı bilgiyi alenen yayan, suçu ve suçluyu övüp alenen suç işlemeye teşvik eden çok sayıda hesap ve paylaşım olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu hesaplara yönelik yapılan çalışmalar kapsamında, 72 il Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığında toplam 661 hesap sahibi hakkında soruşturma başlatılmıştır. Bunlardan 68'i tutuklanmış, 127'si hakkında adli kontrol tedbiri ve 5'i hakkında Çocuk Koruma Kanunu tedbiri uygulanmış, 117'si serbest bırakılarak ailelerine teslim edilmiş, 95'i hakkında yakalama ve tespit çalışmaları devam etmektedir. Ayrıca 249 şüpheli gözaltında bulunmakta olup, bin 104 sosyal medya hesabına erişim engeli getirilmiştir. Bu hesaplar arasında, özellikle milletimizin huzur ve güvenliğini hedef alan, okulları adres gösterip saldırı gerçekleştirileceğinden bahisle tedirginlik oluşturan çok sayıda hesap sahibi tespit edilmiştir." Açıklamada 275 okulu hedef gösteren 389 hesap kullanıcısının tespit edilerek gözaltına alındığı, adli makamlarca işlemlerin devam ettiği belirtilerek, "Konu, başta Ankara, Kahramanmaraş ve Şanlıurfa Başsavcılıkları olmak üzere 81 ilde 171 Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı nezdinde hassasiyetle takip edilmektedir. Süreç Adalet Bakanlığımız, İçişleri Bakanlığımız ve Milli Eğitim Bakanlığımız ile koordinasyon halinde yürütülmektedir." ifadelerine yer verildi.
