verecek.Buğrahan Ayhan21 Nisan 2026•Güncelleme: 21 Nisan 2026AnkaraYükseköğretim Kurulundan (YÖK) yapılan açıklamaya göre, birinci yılını geride bırakan Cumhurbaşkanlığı Çocuk Orkestrası ve Korosu, 23 Nisan Ulusal Egemenlik ve Çocuk Bayramı kapsamında 22 Nisan'da vereceği konserle hem gelişimlerini sahneye taşıyacak hem de tüm çocuklara armağan edilen özel günü müzikle kutlayacak. Çocukların emeği, heyecanı, ortak üretimiyle hazırlanan ve Cumhurbaşkanlığı Külliyesi'nde yarın verilecek konserle, izleyicilere duygusal ve kültürel açıdan zengin bir deneyim sunulması hedefleniyor. 2024'te başlatılan proje kapsamında yapılan yetenek sınavlarıyla yaklaşık 1000 çocuk arasından seçilen öğrencilerle kurulan orkestra ve koro, bugün 300'ü aşkın öğrenciye ulaştı. Türk müziği ve Batı müziği enstrümanlarının bir arada yer aldığı yapı, çocuklara çok yönlü bir sanat eğitimi imkanı sunuyor. Cumhurbaşkanlığı Çocuk Orkestrası ve Korosu, bir müzik topluluğu olmanın yanı sıra çocukların birlikte üretme, disiplinli çalışma ve kültürel değerlerle bağ kurma süreçlerine de katkı sağlıyor. Projede, Türk müziği eserlerine özel bir yer verilerek, kültürel mirasın yeni nesillere aktarılması hedefleniyor. Açıklamada görüşlerine yer verilen Cumhurbaşkanı Başdanışmanı ve Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kültür ve Sanat Politikaları Kurulu Üyesi Fecir Alptekin de projenin kısa sürede önemli bir gelişim gösterdiğini belirtti. Başlangıçta bir eğitim ve hobi çalışması olarak görülen bu yapının bugün disiplinli ve güçlü bir sanat topluluğuna dönüştüğünü aktaran Alptekin, çocukların orkestra üyesi gibi sahne disipliniyle hareket ettiğini ifade etti. Projenin bir destek modeli olarak kurumlara örnek olduğunu, Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan ve eşi Emine Erdoğan'ın projeyi desteklediğini vurgulayan Alptekin, şunları kaydetti: "Bu çocukların hepsi servislerle evlerinden alınıyor. Kostüm, enstrüman yeme, içme bütün ihtiyaçlar devletimiz tarafından burada karşılanıyor. Hafta sonu tatillerini buraya ayıran Ankara Müzik ve Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi hocalarımızın kurduğu sistemle çalışıyoruz. İşin içinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı, Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanlığı, Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı da var. Çünkü hepsine düşen birer görev var. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı hoca gönderiyor, Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı liderlik edecek sanatçılarını gönderiyor. Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı yeri geliyor ulaşım, mekan sağlıyor. Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanlığı, refakatçi hocalarını gönderiyor. Herkesin kendi uzmanlık alanında buraya sağladığı gönüllü katkılar var. Hepsinin ayrı değeri var, çok önemli." Cumhurbaşkanlığı Çocuk Orkestrası ve Korosu'nun Genel Sanat Yönetmenliği ve Koordinatörlüğünü yürüten Ankara Müzik ve Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi Rektör Yardımcısı Prof. Dr. Zafer Kurtaslan da projenin temel hedeflerinden birinin sanata erişimi yaygınlaştırmak olduğunu vurguladı. "Amacımız yalnızca sanatçı yetiştirmek değil hangi mesleği seçerse seçsin, estetik bakış açısına sahip bireyler yetiştirmek" ifadesini kullanan Kurtaslan, projenin tam bir ekip çalışması olduğunu kaydetti. Projede görev alan eğitmenlerden Atay Bağcı ise çocukların motivasyonuna değinerek, "Çocuklarda büyük bir istek ve öğrenme azmi görüyoruz. Bu birliktelik, gelecekte çok daha güçlü bir müzik kültürünün oluşmasına katkı sağlayacak." değerlendirmesinde bulundu.
