11 Mayıs 2026İstanbulABD/İsrail-İran Savaşı'nın petrol fiyatlarını yukarı yönde tetiklemesi, başta enflasyon görünümü olmak üzere makroekonomik göstergelere etki etmeyi sürdürüyor. Petrol maliyetlerindeki yükseliş, halihazırda ABD, Avrupa ve Japonya'da devam eden enflasyon endişelerini körüklerken bu durum, maliyet yönlü baskıların deflasyon sürecindeki Çin ekonomisinde fiyat dinamiklerini tersine çevirebileceğine yönelik değerlendirmeleri de güçlendirdi. Çin Ulusal İstatistik Bürosunun (UİB) açıkladığı fiyat artışı verilerine göre, nisanda Üretici Fiyat Endeksi (ÜFE) yıllık bazda yüzde 2,8 arttı. Orta Doğu'daki savaşın, küresel enerji ve ham madde fiyatlarındaki artışın üretici fiyatlarındaki etkisi, nisanda önceki aya kıyasla daha belirgin hale geldi. İmalat ürünlerinin fabrika çıkış fiyatları dikkate alınarak hesaplanan ÜFE, 2022'nin son çeyreğinden bu yana 41 aydır süren gerilemenin ardından ilk kez martta yüzde 0,5 artış kaydetti. ÜFE'de 2022'nin son çeyreğinde başlayan gerileme sonraki 3 yıl boyunca devam etti. Endeks, 2023'te yüzde 3, 2024'te yüzde 2,2 ve 2025'te yüzde 2,6 düştü. Endeks, bu yıl da ocakta yüzde 1,4, şubatta yüzde 0,9 geriledi. Çin'de nisan ayında ÜFE, yüzde 2,8 ile Kovid-19 salgınının etkilerinin sürdüğü Temmuz 2022'den bu yana en hızlı yükselişini kaydetti. Mart ayında yüzde 0,5 artan ÜFE'nin nisanda yüzde 1,8 artış kaydetmesi bekleniyordu. ABN AMRO Kıdemli Ekonomisti Arjen van Dijkhuizen, AA muhabirine, Çin'de açıklanan nisan ayı tüketici enflasyonunun, yükselen enerji fiyatlarının etkisiyle beklentiler doğrultusunda hız kazandığını belirtti. Buna karşın, iç talepteki dengesizliklerin etkisiyle tüketici enflasyonunun şimdilik görece zayıf seyretmeye devam ettiğini söyleyen Dijkhuizen, "ABD-İran kaynaklı çatışmanın etkisi ise en belirgin şekilde üretici fiyat enflasyonunda görüldü, üretici enflasyonu Kovid-19 salgını sonrası dönemin en yüksek seviyesine yükseldi." dedi. ING Group Çin Başekonomisti Lynn Song da "Çin'de yüksek maliyet baskıları sonucu mutlaka ekonomi genelinde daha fazla enflasyon olacak." dedi. Bu durumun hem Çin'in iç piyasa fiyatlarını hem de ihracat fiyatlarını etkileyeceği öngörüsünde bulunan Song, "Kısa vadede fiyatlar yükseleceği için olumsuz etki yaratması muhtemel olsa da uzun vadede Çin'in daha önce deflasyon baskısıyla mücadele etmiş olması nedeniyle olumlu bir gelişme olabilir." değerlendirmesinde bulundu. Song, sağlıklı enflasyon beklentilerinin yeniden sağlanmasının ileriki yıllarda daha fazla yatırım ve tüketimi teşvik edebileceğini söyledi.
