Emre Aytekin17 Nisan 2026•Güncelleme: 17 Nisan 2026PekinÇin Devlet Konseyinden yapılan açıklamaya göre, Başbakan Yardımcısı Ding Şüeşiang, enerji ve altyapı alanlarında işbirliğini genişletmek üzere 15-17 Nisan tarihlerinde Türkmenistan'ı ziyaret etti. Ziyarette Türkmenistan Devlet Başkanı Serdar Berdimuhamedov ile görüşen Ding, iki ülkenin doğal gaz alanında işbirliğini derinleştirmesini, bağlantılılık, ticaret, yatırımlar, bilimsel ve teknolojik inovasyon alanlarında pratik işbirliğinde yeni atılımlar yaratmasını dilediklerini belirtti. Görüşmede, Berdimuhamedov da Türkmenistan'ın Çin ile doğal gaz alanında işbirliğine öncelik vermeyi sürdüreceğini, altyapı ve yüksek teknoloji alanlarında pratik işbirliğini güçlendireceğini vurguladı. Başbakan Yardımcısı Ding, iki ülke arasında martta imzalanan anlaşma uyarınca, Çin Ulusal Petrol Şirketi (CNPC) ile Türkmengaz'ın ortaklığında geliştirilmesi öngörülen Galkınış Gaz Sahası'nın dördüncü etabının temel atma törenine katıldı. Dünyanın ikinci büyük doğal gaz yatağı olma özelliğini taşıyan Galkınış Gaz Sahası'nın dördüncü aşamasında yılda 10 milyar metreküp doğal gaz üretilmesi hedefleniyor. Ding, ayrıca Çin ile Türkmenistan arasında 3 Nisan 2006 tarihinde imzalanan doğal gaz boru hattı ve uzun vadeli tedarik anlaşmasının imzalanmasıyla başlayan doğal gaz sektöründe stratejik işbirliğinin 20. yılı dolayısıyla Aşkabat'ta düzenlenen konferansa katıldı. Burada yaptığı konuşmada Ding, doğal gaz alanında işbirliğinin, Çin-Türkmenistan ilişkilerinin köşe taşı olduğunu, doğal gaz endüstri zincirinin tüm aşamalarında geliştirilen işbirliğinin her iki ülke halkına somut fayda sağladığını ifade etti. Ding, küresel enerji güvenliğinin korunması, enerji üretiminin ve akışının istikrarının sağlanması, enerji piyasalarının istikrarlı işleyişi ve daha eşit, adil, dengeli ve kapsayıcı bir küresel enerji yönetim sisteminin inşası için iki ülkenin birlikte çalışması çağrısında bulundu. Türkmenistan, Çin'e yılda yaklaşık 40 milyar metreküp doğal gaz ihraç ediyor. Bunun 30 milyar metreküpü Türkmenistan'dan Özbekistan ve Kazakistan aracılığıyla Çin'e uzanan Orta-Asya Çin Doğal Gaz Boru Hattı ile naklediliyor. Türkmenistan hükümeti, yeni saha çalışmaları ve ilave boru hatlarıyla Çin'e gaz ihracatını yılda 65 milyar dolara çıkarmayı hedefliyor. Küresel enerji ticareti için kritik bir geçiş hattı olan Hürmüz Boğazı'nda Orta Doğu'daki savaş nedeniyle yaşanan kesintiler, bölgeden ciddi miktarda petrol ve doğal gaz ithal eden Çin'in enerji tedarikinde sıkıntılara yol açtı. Çin'in ithal ettiği petrolün yaklaşık yüzde 45'i, sıvılaştırılmış doğal gazın yüzde 30'u Basra Körfezi ve Hürmüz Boğazı'ndan geçerek ülkeye ulaşıyor. Çin Ulusal İstatistik Bürosu verilerine göre, ülkenin boru hatları üzerinden ve sıvılaştırılmış halde aldığı doğal gaz ithalatı, Hürmüz Boğazı'ndaki kesintilerin etkilerinin hissedildiği mart ayında yıllık bazda yüzde 11 azalarak 8,2 milyon tona geriledi.
