Todd Boehly became the public face of the winning bid, convincing US sports mogul Mark Walter and Swiss businessman Hansjörg Wyss to join as 12.8% minority investors. Private equity firm Clearlake Capital put in 61.6% , bringing owners Behdad Eghbali and José E Feliciano, who made their fortunes investing in tech, into the leadership fold.
