The Donald Trump-backed Texas Attorney General is running in a Senate GOP runoff today, with public polling favoring him to push out the more traditionally conservative incumbent, Sen. John Cornyn. Behind the campaign trail, the Daily Mail can reveal Paxton, 63, has quietly moved into a $2.1 million mansion inside a gated community in the coveted Dallas suburb of Frisco. The sprawling five-bedroom, five-bathroom property spans nearly 5,000 square feet and includes a swimming pool backing onto a manicured golf course and an exclusive $100,000-a-year country club. Multiple political insiders told the Daily Mail that Paxton is playing house in the luxury home - which property records show was purchased on February 13, just in time for Valentine's Day - with girlfriend Tracy Duhon, 58.  Paxton is still married to Angela Paxton, who is herself a sitting state senator. Duhon was also married when she and the MAGA firebrand first met two years ago - an affair first revealed by the Mail. Their new love nest is just a five-minute drive from the Dallas Cowboys headquarters, The Star.  But awkwardly for the pair, the new home is also just 15 miles from the house Paxton shared with his wife of nearly 40 years in neighboring McKinney. 'Maybe he (Paxton) feels that his voter base is in Collin County.' Another source who has known the AG for years added: 'I'd be lying if could tell you what's going on in that's man head at any given time.'  In his current role as Texas Attorney General, a term that expires in January 2027, Paxton is best known for filing over 100 lawsuits on behalf of his state against the Biden Administration and for being arrested and indicted on charges of securities fraud that were later dismissed. He has also been impeached - a political, not a criminal process - on allegations including bribery, dereliction of duty, obstruction of justice, abuse of public trust and other misconduct by lawmakers in the Lone Star State. He was acquitted and remained in his role as AG. Paxton has also twice been caught cheating on his wife.  During his 2022 impeachment trial, lawmakers heard allegations he had engaged in a quid pro quo with a donor in exchange for helping find his former mistress, Laura Olson, a job. The Daily Mail later revealed details of his second and current affair, prompting wife Angela Paxton to file for divorce last year on 'Biblical grounds.' The mansion was purchased by mistress Tracy Duhon through a trust earlier this year Daily Mail sources reveal the couple mostly spend weekends at the Frisco property Yet none of it has stopped Paxton from winning President Trump's endorsement and shaking up the Texas Senate race, where he is favored to win despite being outspent by tens of millions of dollars during the Republican primary. Today, voters have been casting their ballots to determine if Cornyn or Paxton will represent their party in the November election against Democrat James Talarico. Voting continues until polls close at 7 pm local time. Paxton, the political equivalent of a non-stick pan, has so far survived all his criminal and cheating scandals, as many voters continue to support him.  Paxton and Duhon are believed to have purchased the new home through a private trust, multiple sources told the Daily Mail. The property backs onto the Stonebriar Country Club, which costs around $75,000 for initiation fees as well as $15,000 in annual fees.  Paxton has been having an extramarital relationship with Tracy Duhon since May 2024. After being humiliated by his first public affair with Olson in 2022, Ken and Angela were said to be 'working on their marriage.' However, when Angela was blindsided by Ken's second infidelity with Duhon, she filed for divorce in July 2024. Tracy Duhon (pictured) maintains a very public media presence, sharing stories about her faith, encouragement and Christian advice on her account. Angela and Ken are scheduled to go to trial to finalize their divorce on June 24, according to Collin County court records. Meanwhile, Duhon has just released a self-help book - her latest accomplishment as a Christian social media influencer. Her Instagram page, with just barely 1,861 followers, is highly curated and filled with polished, professionally produced videos of her. The mother of seven, who was married to a well-known car dealership Louisiana mogul until she met Paxton, lost two children during childbirth. She often talks about grief as part of her mission on her social media pages. Neither Paxton or Duhon has publicly denied their affair. The Daily Mail has reached out to both for comment.
