Melton was recently Emmy nominated for his role in “Beef” alongside Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan and Cailee Spaeny. Cretton is coming off of his box office smash hit “Spider-Man: Brand New Day.” Variety has reached out to Lionsgate for comment.
