Casablanca to Host 2026 10KM International on May 17
Casablanca is getting ready to host the 2nd edition of the 10KM International by WeCasablanca, which is scheduled for May 17 this year.
Organized by Casablanca Events & Animation in partnership with the City of Casablanca, the event will energize the city through sport and public participation, with more than 15,000 runners expected this year.
The race will start at 8:30 a.m. on Boulevard Al Massira Al Khadra, right at the foot of the Twin Center, before finishing on Boulevard Zerktouni after a fast and officially certified urban course.
Designed as a race open to both amateurs and professionals (minimum age: 16), the event continues to grow into one of the most important road-running gatherings in Morocco, where there is accessibility and a strong community atmosphere.

The route takes runners through some of Casablanca’s most iconic areas, including Boulevard d’Anfa and the Corniche, offering a fast and scenic course that has already gained recognition for its speed and organization.
To ensure smooth execution, the organizers will deploy more than 200 professional judges and 400 volunteers, showing the scale and ambition behind the event.
Registrations are already open via the official Casa Ticketing platform and other specialized running websites such as World’s Marathons, where participants from Morocco and abroad can secure their place.
This 2026 edition also aims to surpass the success of 2025, which featured record participation and a historic performance by Ethiopian runner Ayalew Likina Amebaw, who completed the course in 29:55.
