West Ham, Burnley and Leicester are among those in action on Saturday - and you can follow the goals as they go in from all 29 ties on Soccer Saturday.
Every match from the opening round will be shown live on Sky Sports, with clubs from the Championship, League One and League Two entering the competition.

Saturday's bumper first-round action begins with Cambridge against Barnet at 1pm, before QPR host London rivals Millwall at 2pm.
There is then a packed programme of 3pm kick-offs, with Burnley hosting Notts County, West Ham taking on Portsmouth and Leicester facing Northampton among the standout ties.
Elsewhere, Swansea meet Birmingham, Sheffield Wednesday host Bolton and Norwich welcome MK Dons, while Southampton travel to Colchester.
The Saturday action concludes with Cheltenham against Charlton, Colchester versus Southampton and Rotherham facing West Brom, with those games kicking off at 5.30pm.
Soccer Saturday will also be across the afternoon's action, bringing you the goals and major moments as they happen from around the grounds.
The opening round continues on Sunday as Mansfield host Sheffield United at 4pm, with the action concluding with a Devon derby as Plymouth host Exeter on Monday at 8pm.

The competition will continue throughout the season, with round two taking place in the week commencing August 24.
The nine Premier League sides in Europe - Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United, Aston Villa, Liverpool, Bournemouth, Brighton, Sunderland and Crystal Palace - come in for the third round.
