They're being completely reshaped in real time. With credit card rates hovering above 21% on average and stubbornly high everyday expenses, many Americans are finding themselves stuck between mounting balances and limited cash flow without room in their finances to cover both. That reality is forcing a shift in how people think about resolving what they owe on their credit cards and other high-rate debt.
