Cameron Diaz, 53, welcomes third child with rockstar husband as pair share heartfelt meaning behind baby name
Cameron Diaz and her husband Benji Madden have revealed they are now parents to a third child, a baby boy named Nautas Madden.
The Good Charlotte musician, 47, shared the happy news on Instagram this morning, accompanying his announcement with an image of a ship rather than a photograph of the newborn.
The picture of the naval vessel reflects the meaning behind their son's unique name: "Sailor, navigator, voyager. One who embarks on a journey and fears not the unknown."
In his post, Mr Madden wrote: "Cameron and I are Happy, Excited, and feeling so BLESSED to announce the birth of our third Child, Nautas Madden. Welcome to the world Son!!" (sic)

The 53-year-old actress responded with star and heart emojis beneath her husband's announcement.
Nautas joins siblings Raddix, who arrived in December 2019, and Cardinal, born in March 2024. All three children were born through surrogacy.
Ms Diaz and Mr Madden tied the knot in 2015 after being introduced by the actress's close friend Nicole Richie, who is married to the rocker's twin brother Joel Madden.
The couple have maintained a notably private approach to their family life, previously stating they would not share photographs of their children "for safety and privacy."
When announcing Cardinal's birth last year, they adopted the same protective stance.
Sources have previously indicated the pair underwent extensive fertility treatments, including IVF and acupuncture, on their journey to parenthood.
Speaking to OK! Magazine last week, the Hollywood star reflected on becoming a mother later in life, having welcomed her first child at 47.
"I love being a mother. It's the best, best, best part of my life," she told the publication.

Ms Diaz acknowledged the unique position of being an older parent, noting that mothers of children her kids' ages are typically two decades younger than her.
"The only pressure for me now is I have to live to be, like, 107, you know?" she said, adding that she wants to "feel vital" for her children.
"I'm just trying to stay alive just like every other mother," the actress remarked.
The birth announcement arrives during a particularly active period for Ms Diaz professionally.

After stepping away from Hollywood in 2014 following the release of the film Annie, she returned to the screen last year with Back in Action alongside Jamie Foxx.
Her second project since ending her decade-long hiatus, Outcome, was released in April 2026 and features her starring opposite Keanu Reeves.
"To be able to still do this at such a high level with people like Keanu Reeves is a thrill for me," she told OK! Magazine.
The actress is also currently filming The Sham, a romantic comedy with Stephen Merchant, which began production in New York City last month.
