Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi'ndeki duruşmaya tutuklu sanıklar Fahri G. ve Arda O. ile taraf avukatları katıldı. Tutuklu sanıklardan bazıları da duruşmaya Ses ve Görüntü Bilişim Sistemi (SEGBİS) aracılığıyla bağlandı. Bazı tanıkların dinlenmesinin ardından söz verilen Emrah D, tanık beyanlarını kabul etmediğini belirterek, Ümit S'yi şahsen tanımadığını ifade etti. Onun ismini kullanmadığını ileri süren sanık, şöyle konuştu: "Eser Fercan N. İnegöl'de kafede çay içerken Okay A'dan 100 bin lira borç istemiştir. Okay A. da kendisine, 'Eğer zamanında verirsen ben sana para bulurum' dedi. O da bu duruma karşılık kendisinden 150 bin lira para talep etti. Bunun sonucu olarak 150 bin lira Fercan N'nin hesabına gitti. Bundan 2 gün sonra Okay A'nın maaş ödemesi olması sebebiyle benden Fercan N'ye verdiği paranın akıbetini sormamı istedi. Benim Fercan N. ile konuşmam sonucunda benden 2 gün daha mühlet istedi, sonrasında 2 gün bizi oyaladı. Onur Y. ve İlyas E'yi tanımam, 150 bin para Okay A'nın parasıdır. Ben bahsettiğim üzere Ümit Saral'ı da tanımam, bu sebepten bahsi geçtiği gibi paranın Ümit Saral'ın parası olduğu şeklinde bir beyanım olmadı." Dosyadaki diğer sanıkları tanımadığını dile getiren Emrah D, "Sadece Okay A'nın şoförlüğünü yapıyordum. Annem yüzde 99 engellidir. Ayrıca ben de kalp hastasıyım, cezaevi koşulları benim için uygun değildir. Ben cezaevinde zor durumdayım. Ailem de benim tutukluluk halimden kaynaklı olarak dışarıda çok sıkıntı çekmektedir. Uzunca bir süre tutukluyum, tutukluluk halimin kaldırılarak gerekirse adli kontrol tedbirleri de uygulanmak suretiyle serbest bırakılmama karar verilmesini talep ediyorum." diye konuştu. Sanık Tolga T. de bu zamana kadar dinlenen tanık beyanlarının aleyhlerine olmadığını dile getirdi. Diğer sanıklar da tahliye talebinde bulundu. Tutuklu sanıklar Emrah D, Okay A, Fırat E, Kadir S, Fahri G. ile Arda O'nun yurt dışına çıkış yasağıyla tahliyelerine karar veren mahkeme heyeti, duruşmayı eylül ayına erteledi. Bursa Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığınca, kamuoyunda "Sarallar" olarak bilinen organize suç örgütünün 2023 yılının kasım ayından itibaren Bursa'daki faaliyetlerine yönelik soruşturma başlatılmıştı. Daha sonra 35 sanık hakkında hazırlanan iddianamede, soruşturma kapsamında bazı sanıklar hakkında iletişimin tespiti, dinlenmesi ve kayda alınması tedbiri uygulandığı, bazı iletişim kayıtlarına göre "Sarallar" olarak bilinen suç örgütünün, Bursa'daki eylemlerinin yöneticisi Okay A.'nın idaresindeki örgüt üyelerince yürütüldüğü, Okay A.'nın Sarallar'ın elebaşları Hakkı S. ve Ümit S. ile iletişimde olduğu, sanıkların örgütün ismini özellikle müştekilere ve mağdurlara karşı korkutucu ve sindirici güç olarak kullandıkları, bu şekilde nüfuz oluşturmaya çalıştıkları belirtilmişti. Cumhuriyet savcısı, örgüt elebaşı Ümit S. ve Hakkı S. ile örgüt yöneticileri Fırat E, Emrah D, Fahri G, Okay A'nın, "iş yeri dokunulmazlığını ihlal etme" suçundan 1 yıla, "kişiyi hürriyetinden yoksun kılma" suçundan 5 yıla, "var olan veya var sayılan suç örgütlerinin oluşturdukları korkutucu güçten yararlanılarak, yol kesmek suretiyle silahla birden fazla kişi ile yağma" suçundan 15 yıla, "başkasını bir malın teslimi veya malın alınmasına karşı koymamaya mecbur kılmak suretiyle yağma" suçundan 10 yıla, "cebir tehdit veya hile kullanarak kişiyi hürriyetinden yoksun kılma" suçundan 7 yıla, "cebir veya tehdit kullanılmak suretiyle iş yeri dokunulmazlığını ihlal etme" suçundan 3 yıla, "basit yaralama" suçundan 1 yıla, "suç işlemek amacıyla silahlı örgüt kurmak" suçundan 12 yıla kadar, ayrıca "yerine getirdiği kamu görevi nedeniyle bir kişiyi öldürme" suçundan ağırlaştırılmış müebbet hapisle cezalandırılmalarını istemişti. Örgüt üyesi olduğu öne sürülen diğer 29 sanığın ise benzer suçlardan değişen sürelerde hapisle cezalandırılmaları talep edilmişti.
