It is then understood that he put his arm out to stop her, saying “there’s a queue”.The teenager said she tried to go around him, but “he pushed her back with both hands,” the Orange County Sheriff’s arrest report said.She then is alleged to have fallen backwards into her friend and got wet because she spilled her water bottle over herself, the arrest report said. But otherwise, the victim wasn’t hurt, the arrest report said and did not ask for medical treatment.Article continues belowNewman denied pushing her but the victim’s friend corroborated the story when interviewed by police. It is reported that the friend said she heard Newman say: "There is a queue,” before going to push the teenager back with an arm.And then it is alleged by the friend that the victim “was not letting Keith push her back,” so Newman used both hands to shove her back. But Newman claims he simply put his hand out and the victim walked into it, the arrest report said.
