Conditions were usually calm.”‌But he added that the waves had been strong on Wednesday and no one else was swimming. “He entered the water near the mouth of the bay, in a ferry channel used by vessels travelling to Chonburi,” he said.“The area is particularly deep due to dredging for large boats.
