The Clarets have become the second side to be sent down to the Championship after bottom club Wolves saw their fate sealed on Monday night.‌Scott Parker's side needed to avoid defeat by title-chasing City on Wednesday night to stave off relegation for another game.‌But defeat leaves them on 20 points, 13 adrift of West Ham in 17th place, with just four matches remaining.
