He was then transported to the Countess of Chester Hospital. He later died in hospital as a result of his injuries.His next of kin are aware and are being supported by specialist officers, Liverpool Echo reports.A 48-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of causing a death by dangerous driving, drug driving, and driving otherwise in accordance with a licence.
