The boy suffered a "suspected medical episode", a spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said, before he was rushed to hospital from the scene.Tragically, the youngster died a short time later in hospital. Officers are carrying out enquiries but said there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death, reports Manchester Evening News.A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: "At around 1.30pm yesterday, officers responded to reports of a four-year-old boy suffering from a suspected medical episode in the Breightmet area of Bolton."Emergency services immediately responded and despite their best efforts, the child sadly died shortly after in hospital.
