Bounida Draws Interest From Europe’s Top Clubs After Breakout Season

Rabat – The 19-year-old Ajax midfielder, Rayane Bounida, has quickly become one of the most-watched young attackers in Europe after a breakout 2025-26 season.

The Bundesliga side is considering a concrete move and is reportedly ready to offer a long-term deal to bring him to Germany. The Bundesliga team wants to add creativity and energy to their attacking midfield with a player who is already producing at a high level for his age.

Bounida’s rise this season explains the attention. Playing between AFC Ajax’s senior setup and Jong Ajax, he has consistently delivered, finishing the campaign with 34 appearances, 4 goals and 11 assists across competitions.
