The adult content creator, whose real name is Tia Billinger, was charged last month following an incident in December.The charge relates to an incident in Great Peter Street, SW1, on December 15. Bonnie is alleged to have made a lewd gesture outside the Indonesian Embassy while holding Indonesia's distinctive red and white flag. The Met Police confirmed that Bonnie was charged last month.The charge carries a maximum of six months in prison, or an unlimited fine, or both. However, today's hearing was adjourned following an application from both the prosecution and defence. A court official confirmed a lawyer for the Crown Prosecution Service has been asked to "review the case" after a defence request.If the criminal charge is not dropped, Billinger is due to appear at the same court at 2pm on May 1.Like this story?
