Published: 14:43, 14 April 2026 | Updated: 14:43, 14 April 2026 Prominent former neo-Nazi Joel Davis, who was publicly arrested in Bondi last November after allegedly harassing several female politicians, is no longer living in one of Sydney's most exclusive postcodes. Instead, he has been bailed to his parents' home on the city's suburban fringe. The 31-year-old, who was released from custody earlier this month, has traded a cell at Long Bay jail for a room at his mother Lisa and stepfather David's four-bedroom home with a lagoon-style pool in an outer-western suburb.   Since being released from custody, the father-of-one has kept a relatively low profile and relied on family members to chauffeur him to and from various appointments.  On Tuesday, he was driven to a nearby KFC by a male companion and ordered a boxed meal via the drive-thru before stopping for petrol at a nearby 7-Eleven.  While the other man filled the car with petrol, Davis was seen going inside to pay before returning to the white Holden Commodore.  Since giving up his prison greens, Davis has reverted to the usual far-right dress code of combat-style boots and military pants.  However, there was no sign of the disbanded National Socialist Network's signature Helly Hansen-branded jacket.  Joel Davis is no longer living in Sydney's glamorous eastern suburbs Ivona Tomaskovicova (pictured), the partner of Joel Davis, is understood to remain at their Bondi flat with their son. The Mail does not suggest Tomaskovicova shares Davis' political views, only that they were in a relationship last year and have a child together New grandmother Lisa works as a sales manager for a mortgage, finance broking and aggregation firm in Sydney's west.  Meanwhile, about an hour's drive away, his partner Ivona Tomaskovicova, who gave birth to the couple's son soon after his arrest, remains living in a Bondi unit along with her two cats. Their relationship status remains unclear, but Davis' difficulties travelling to certain locations in the east due to his bail conditions would surely put a strain on things. Davis had previously moved from Melbourne to Sydney last year to be with Tomaskovicova, 30, who was nine months pregnant when he was apprehended. It is unclear how Ms Tomaskovicova is affording Bondi's notoriously high rent, given her partner's legal troubles and the fact he told the ABC a day prior to his arrest: 'We do not have that much money. No one is really getting paid.' Many members of the Australian far right were de-banked and had their personal accounts frozen, as private-sector companies moved to cut off the now-disbanded NSN's financial pipeline, disrupting its ability to fundraise and recruit. Davis was charged with using a carriage service to harass a federal parliamentarian, after allegedly urging members of a Telegram group chat to 'rhetorically rape' independent Wentworth MP Allegra Spender.  He is further accused of commenting 'stupid b**** needs to be beaten fr (for real)' regarding an article about NSW Liberal leader Kellie Sloane. Since being bailed to his parents' home on the city's suburban fringe, the father-of-one has kept a relatively low profile On Tuesday he was seen at a 7-Eleven Davis' bail conditions include not going within 100m of Ms Spender and Ms Sloane or their electoral offices in the eastern suburbs, as well as not contacting them. He has also been banned from using social media. A court previously heard the father-of-one was exiled from the NSN because members were 'not impressed' by his alleged rape comments. The New South Wales state leader of the NSN, Jack Eltis, reportedly told him he would be removed from the group for six months for 'bringing the organisation into public disrepute'. Mr Davis claimed during his third failed bail application in January that he was no longer an NSN member, just days after the group announced it would shut down. This was confirmed by Justice Natalie Adams in the Supreme Court in recent weeks. Davis was held in segregation during custody, where he claimed he was only allowed to shower every four days and did not go outside. Corrections staff had reportedly placed him there due to his political beliefs. Davis' stepfather David was seen on Tuesday Davis allegedly called for the 'rhetorical rape' of Wentworth MP Allegra Spender (pictured) AFP officers swooped on Davis in Bondi in November He was granted bail by the NSW Supreme Court as he faces 10 charges of using a carriage service to menace, harass or offend. However, he has not yet entered any pleas. Despite refusing to comment on his own legal matter outside Downing Centre Local Court last week, he has rallied behind alleged war criminal Ben Roberts-Smith, who is charged with five counts of the war crime of murder relating to the deaths of Afghan nationals between 2009 and 2012.  'I do not want to talk about my case, but I want to say something about Ben Roberts-Smith's situation, which I think is emblematic... of everything wrong with this country,' Mr Davis told reporters outside court.
