Emergency services were called to Swan Pool at Sandwell Valley Country Park in West Bromwich, following her disappearance at about 16:30 BST.West Midlands Police confirmed that specialist teams were deployed in the water, where they found the body. Nothing could be done to save the 55-year-old, and the force confirmed she was dead at the scene.
