The Seasiders' 3-1 win over Peterborough United was halted for 30 minutes in the second-half of play, when emergency staff worked to treat a fan in the stands.‌However, despite their best efforts, the club announced on Sunday that the fan - now named as Graham Sharman - has died. A statement from the club read: "Blackpool Football Club is deeply saddened to report the news of the passing of supporter Graham Sharman.‌"Graham suffered a medical emergency in the second half of Saturday's match at Bloomfield Road.
