A restaurant worker grab Smart's right arm as she walks towards the harbour a few yards away, and is soon joined by a male colleague - but the pair were unable to stop her from dropping the crustacean into the water.The lobster belonged to the restaurant's owner, Anthony Cooper, for two-and-a-half years and was used for educational purposes when children visit and was not to be eaten.
