What was meant to be a routine airport commute had turned into a race against Bengaluru’s rain-hit roads. But the experience changed dramatically once he reached the airport. Sharma said it took him just nine minutes to get from the entrance to the departure gate, a sharp contrast to the 135 minutes he had spent getting there in the first place. He credited DigiYatra and the airport’s operations for making the process inside the terminal remarkably quick. “Yet another day of life made bearable by world-class digital infrastructure in a city with third-rate physical infrastructure,” Sharma wrote.
