But the structure on the stunning Llŷn Peninsula won't come cheap, listed at just £15,000 below last year's average Welsh house price.Despite the seemingly-high price tag, estate agent Rhys Elvin expects the hut to be highly sought-after as technically, it means someone can own part of the beach.The hut was rebuilt in 2023 and first advertised last week, but comes with few frills.Owners also have to pay council tax on them - about £800 a year - and some even need to be dug out of the sand in the spring.
