İlk 6'da yer alan lider Olympiakos, ikinci Valencia Basket, üçüncü Real Madrid, dördüncü Fenerbahçe Beko, beşinci Zalgiris ve altıncı Hapoel IBI, play-off'a yükseldi. Sezonu 7-10. sırada tamamlayan Panathinaikos AKTOR, Monaco, Barcelona ve Kızılyıldız ise play-in'de mücadele edecek. Normal sezonun 7'ncisi Panathinaikos ile 8'incisi Monaco arasındaki maçın galibi, play-off'a yükselecek. Mağlup ekip ise 9'uncu Barcelona ile 10'uncu Kızılyıldız arasındaki mücadelenin galibiyle karşılaşacak. Bu müsabakayı kazanan, play-off bileti alan 8. ve son takım olacak. Play-in maçları 21-24 Nisan'da, play-off karşılaşmaları 28 Nisan-13 Mayıs'ta oynanacak. Organizasyonda dörtlü final ise 22-24 Mayıs'ta Yunanistan'ın başkenti Atina'da düzenlenecek. Basketbol Avrupa Ligi'nin son şampiyonu Fenerbahçe Beko, 24 galibiyet ve 14 yenilgi sonucunda averajla 4. sırada yer aldı. Play-off'ta ev sahibi avantajını eline geçiren sarı-lacivertli ekip, 5. basamaktaki Litvanya temsilcisi Zalgiris ile eşleşti. Üç galibiyete ulaşan takımın dörtlü final bileti alacağı serinin ilk 2 mücadelesi, Ülker Spor ve Etkinlik Salonu'nda oynanacak. EuroLeague'deki maçlarının 12'sini kazanan, 26'sında yenilen Anadolu Efes, sezonu 19. bitirdi. Lacivert-beyazlı takım, Avrupa Ligi'nde 2017-18 sezonundan bu yana en kötü performansını sergiledi. Organizasyonda 2 şampiyonluğu bulunan Anadolu Efes, 16 takımın mücadele ettiği söz konusu sezonda son sırada yer almıştı. Ergin Ataman'ın başantrenörlüğünü yaptığı Panathinaikos AKTOR, play-off biletini "doğrudan" alamadı. Son maçında Anadolu Efes'i 97-62 yenen Yunanistan ekibi, normal sezonu 22 galibiyet ve 16 yenilgi sonucunda averajla 7. noktaladı. Milli basketbolcu Cedi Osman'ın da formasını giydiği Panathinaikos, tek maç üzerinden oynanacak play-in'de 8. sıradaki Fransa temsilcisi Monaco ile kozlarını paylaşacak. Panathinaikos, Telekom Center'daki karşılaşmayı kazanırsa play-off mücadelesinde boy gösterecek.
