bilgiye göre, Fidan, ADF marjında Gazze konulu bir toplantıya bugün Antalya'da ev sahipliği yapacak. Söz konusu toplantıda, BM Yüksek Düzeyli Haftası marjında 23 Eylül 2025'te New York'ta ABD Başkanı Donald Trump'la gerçekleştirilen toplantıda yer alan ve aynı zamanda Barış Kurulu üyesi olan Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri, Endonezya, Katar, Mısır, Pakistan, Suudi Arabistan ve Ürdün temsil edilecek. Bakan Fidan’ın toplantıdaki hitabında, Filistin meselesinin uluslararası toplumun gündeminde tutulmasının önemini yinelemesi, sahadaki ateşkesin kalıcı hale getirilmesi, Gazze’nin Filistinliler tarafından yönetilmesinin sağlanması ve buranın güvenliğini temin edecek düzenlemelerin bir an önce hayata geçirilmesi gerektiğini ifade etmesi ve Gazze’de yeniden imar çalışmalarının ivedilikle başlatılmasının zaruretine işaret etmesi bekleniyor. Fidan'ın ayrıca toplantıda, Barış Planının ikinci aşamasına geçilmesinin bölgedeki gerginliğin azaltılmasına katkı sağlayabileceğini belirtmesi, İsrail’in, birinci aşamadaki yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmek ve ihlallerini sürdürmek suretiyle süreci akamete uğratma çabalarına dikkat çekmesi, Barış Kurulu bağlamında atılabilecek ortak adımlara dair görüş alışverişinde bulunması, İsrail’in Batı Şeria’daki apartheid rejimini derinleştiren uygulamalarının ve Mescid-i Aksa dahil kutsal mekanların tarihi statükosunu aşındırmaya yönelik hukuksuz adımlarının kabul edilemez olduğunu vurgulaması, İsrail’in Gazze’deki ateşkes sürecini ve iki devletli çözümü baltalama girişimleri karşısında, uluslararası toplumun kararlı bir duruş sergilemesi gerektiğini yinelemesi ve ABD-İran arasındaki süreç, savaşın sonlandırılmasına yönelik girişimler ile İsrail’in Lübnan’daki işgali dahil olmak üzere bölgedeki son durum hakkında istişarelerde bulunması öngörülüyor. Dışişleri Bakanlığı kaynaklarından edinilen bilgiye göre, Fidan, ADF marjında bugün Antalya'da Balkan Barış Platformu toplantısına ev sahipliği yapacak. Toplantıda, Arnavutluk, Bosna Hersek, Karadağ, Kosova, Kuzey Makedonya ve Sırbistan temsil edilecek. Balkan Barış Platformu'nun Antalya’daki toplantısında; bağlantısallık, üyelik süreçleri dahil olmak üzere Avrupa Birliği (AB) konularında eş güdümün güçlendirilmesi, doğal afetlerle mücadelede işbirliğinin geliştirilmesi, gençlik ve teknoloji konularında ortak projelerin yürütülmesi başlıklarında geçmiş toplantılarda alınan kararların takibinin sağlanması, Balkanlar’daki gelişmelerle ilgili istişarelerde bulunulması bekleniyor. Toplantıda, bölgesel işbirliğinin daha da derinleştirilmesi ve çeşitlendirilmesine yönelik ilave işbirliği imkanlarının değerlendirilmesi, Rusya-Ukrayna Savaşı'ndaki son durumun ve bölgesel yansımaların ele alınması ve Türkiye’nin savaşın sonlandırılmasına yönelik süreçlere sağladığı katkılar dahil olmak üzere Orta Doğu’daki gelişmelerle ilgili görüş alışverişinde bulunulması öngörülüyor. Türkiye’nin öncülüğünde tesis edilen Balkan Barış Platformu’nun ilk toplantısı 26 Temmuz 2025'te, ikinci toplantısı 23 Ocak'ta İstanbul’da gerçekleştirilmişti. Balkan Barış Platformu, Türkiye’nin bölgedeki çok taraflı angajmanını tamamlayıcı nitelikte olup, bölgesel sahiplenme temelinde doğrudan ve sonuç odaklı diyaloğu teşvik etmek amacıyla hayata geçirildi. Türkiye, 13 Balkan ülkesini bir araya getiren tek platform olan Güneydoğu Avrupa İşbirliği Süreci’ne (GDAÜ) aktif şekilde katkı sunuyor. Türkiye’nin öncülüğünde kurulan Türkiye-Bosna-Hersek-Hırvatistan ve Türkiye-Bosna-Hersek-Sırbistan üçlü danışma mekanizmaları, Türkiye’nin Balkanlar’da diyalog, uzlaşı ve güven inşasına verdiği öneme işaret ediyor. Türkiye, NATO Kosova Gücü (KFOR) ve Bosna-Hersek’teki EUFOR Althea Harekatı gibi askeri mevcudiyetlere katılarak, bölgesel güvenlik ve istikrara katkı sağlamaya devam ediyor. Türkiye, KFOR Komutanlığı görevini bir yıllığına Ekim 2025’te İtalya’dan devralmıştı.
