Crews responded to reports a person was shot around 12:37 a.m. on April 5 near the 900 block of Washington Street SW, according to Atlanta Police Department.When they arrived, they found a young child suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The child was taken to a hospital by ambulance, where medical personnel pronounced him dead, police said.
