Aussie woman nearly tells boss to get stuffed after winning huge Lotto prize and reveals her plans for the money

Published: 03:29, 6 July 2026 | Updated: 03:41, 6 July 2026 A Sydney woman says her first thought after finding out she'd won $1.2 million in Saturday Lotto was to walk out of the office and resign.  She held one of the five division one winning entries nationally in Saturday Lotto draw 4691 on Saturday. After missing multiple phone calls from The Lott officials, she finally answered while at work. 'I'm just at work right now. Did I win division one?' she said. 'That almost makes me want to run out of the office and quit right now. 'It's so bizarre. I don't always play but lately I've just been going, 'Gosh, I'd love to win', so I've been getting tickets every now and then.' She also revealed her plan for the money. 'The house needs a bit of work.
