Aydınlatma Platformu'na (KAP) yapılan açıklamaya göre, şirket, uzun dönemli hedeflerine ulaşmak amacıyla 2024 yılında uygulamaya başladığı "aselsaneXt" programının olumlu çıktılarını toplamaya 2026 yılında da devam etti. Güçlü operasyonel performansı, artan teknoloji yatırımları ve disiplinli finansal yönetimiyle büyümesini sürdüren şirketin ilk çeyrek hasılatı geçen yıla göre reel olarak yüzde 15 büyüyerek 34,3 milyar TL'ye ulaştı. Hasılatta, ÇELİKKUBBE, radar, elektronik harp, askeri haberleşme, yapay zeka destekli kent güvenliği, elektro-optik ve güdümlü mühimmat sistemleri belirleyici rol oynarken, şirketin bakiye siparişleri yüzde 39 artışla 20,7 milyar dolara yükseldi. Yılın ilk 3 ayında imzalanan yeni ihracat sözleşmeleri ise bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre yüzde 69 arttı. Operasyonel verimlilik ve yüksek teknolojiye odaklanma stratejilerini kurumsal dönüşüm faaliyetlerinin merkezinde tutan şirketin ilgili dönemdeki FAVÖK marjı ise bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre 260 baz puan artarak yüzde 25,2 seviyesinde gerçekleşti. Aynı dönemde şirketin FAVÖK tutarı da yüzde 28 artarak 8,6 milyar TL'ye ulaştı. Söz konusu gelişmelere ek olarak verimlilik artışı sağlayan uygulamaların kararlılıkla yürütülmesiyle genel yönetim giderleri bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre yüzde 3 azaldı. ASELSAN'ın kişi başı hasılatı dolar bazında yüzde 1,5 artarken, şirketin çalışan sayısı geçen yılın aynı dönemine göre 3 binin üzerinde yükseldi. Şirketin AR-GE harcamaları ilgili dönemde, bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre yüzde 41 artarak 357 milyon dolar seviyesine yükseldi. Yılın ilk çeyreğinde, Oğulbey Teknoloji Üssü ve mevcut yerleşkelerde gerçekleştirilen kapasite artışlarına yönelik yatırımlarda bir önceki döneme göre yüzde 261 artış yaşandı. Şirketin operasyonel nakit akışında bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre dolar bazında yüzde 15 artış görülürken, söz konusu dönemde finansal borçların aktifleri içerisindeki payı yüzde 12,2'den yüzde 10,9'a geriledi. Küresel pazarlardaki etkinliğini önemli ölçüde artırarak uluslararası savunma ekosistemindeki konumunu daha da güçlendiren ASELSAN, yılın ilk 3 ayında toplam 1,26 milyar dolar tutarında yeni sözleşme imzalarken, bu sözleşmelerin yüzde 50'si yeni ihracat sözleşmelerinden kaynaklandı. Yeni ihracat sözleşmelerindeki artış yüzde 69'la 629 milyon dolara ulaşırken, bakiye siparişleri de kesintisiz bir şekilde artmaya devam etti. Yılın ilk çeyreği itibarıyla şirketin bakiye siparişleri, bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre yüzde 39 artarak 20,7 milyar dolar seviyesine yükseldi. Yılın ilk çeyreğinde imzalanan önemli sözleşmeler ise "uluslararası müşteriler ile imzalanan haberleşme sistemlerinin ve insansız deniz araçlarına yönelik faydalı yüklerin ihracatına ilişkin sözleşme", "uluslararası müşteriler ile imzalanan hava savunma, aviyonik sistemlerin ihracatına ilişkin sözleşme", "yurt içi bir platform üreticisi ile yurt dışındaki kullanıcılara teslim edilmek üzere imzalanan elektro-optik sistemlerin ihracatına ilişkin sözleşme", "Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Cumhurbaşkanlığı Savunma Sanayii Başkanlığı ile imzalanan güdüm sistemlerinin tedarikine yönelik sözleşme" oldu. Açıklamada görüşlerine yer verilen ASELSAN Genel Müdürü Ahmet Akyol, 2026 yılı ilk çeyrek finansal sonuçlarına ilişkin değerlendirmesinde "aselsaneXt" programına başladıkları 2024 yılından itibaren çok güçlü bir finansal performans sergilediklerini belirtti. Programın ilk yılı yüzde 13, 2025'te ise yüzde 15 gibi ciddi reel büyüme rakamlarına ulaştıklarını ifade eden Akyol, bu güçlü performansı yılın ilk çeyreğinde de sürdürdükleri için mutlu olduklarını belirterek, şunları kaydetti: "İlk çeyrekte elde ettiğimiz sonuçlar, ASELSAN'ın sadece büyüyen değil, aynı zamanda doğru yönetilen, dönüşen, derinleşen bir şirket olduğunu açık şekilde ortaya koyuyor. 2024 yılının ilk çeyreğinde yüzde 5, 2025 yılının aynı döneminde yüzde 9 büyüyen şirketimiz 2026'nın ilk çeyreğinde yüzde 15 büyüdü. Hasılatımızın 34,3 milyar TL'ye ulaşması, ihracat sözleşmelerimizin yüzde 69 artışla 629 milyon ABD dolarına yükselmesi ve bakiye siparişlerimizin 20,7 milyar ABD doları seviyesine çıkması, iş modelimizin dayanıklılığını ve sürdürülebilirliğini teyit ediyor. Bu dönemde büyümeyi finansal sağlamlıkla birlikte ele aldık. FAVÖK marjımızın yüzde 25,2 seviyesine yükselmesi, net borç/FAVÖK oranımızın 0,41'e gerilemesi ve güçlü nakit akışımız, disiplinli finans yönetimi yaklaşımımızın somut sonucudur. Yüksek büyüme ile birlikte bilanço gücünü aynı anda artırabilmek, ASELSAN’ın artık yerleşmiş kurumsal kapasitesini gösteriyor." Ahmet Akyol, son iki yıldaki yatırımlara dikkati çekerek, AR-GE harcamalarını yüzde 41 artırarak 357 milyon dolara, seri üretime yönelik yatırımlarını ise yüzde 261 artırarak 137 milyon dolara çıkardıklarını belirtti. Akyol, şöyle devam etti: "Geçtiğimiz yılın tamamında yaptığımız yatırımın yarısını ilk çeyrekte yapmış durumdayız. Bu yatırım iştahımızın arkasında, ASELSAN'ın ürün ve teknolojilerine olan yoğun ihtiyaç ve talep var. Sahadaki ihtiyaçlara çok daha hızlı yanıt verecek, maliyet etkin tasarımlara odaklanan ve ürünleşme süresini kısaltan yaklaşımlarımızla, dünyaya çok daha hızlı ve fazla sayıda ürün sunabilme yeteneği kazanıyoruz. Geçtiğimiz yıl 286 bin ürünü son kullanıcılara teslim ederek yakaladığımız başarıyı, bu yıl 400 bin adet seviyesini aşarak bir üst boyuta taşımayı hedefliyoruz. Oğulbey Teknoloji Üssü başta olmak üzere devreye aldığımız kapasite artışları, bu üretim ölçeğini yönetecek kritik bir eşik niteliğindedir." ASELSAN Genel Müdürü Akyol, ASELSAN'ın ortaya koyduğu dönüşümün, uluslararası aktörlerin de dikkatini çektiğini ifade ederek, ilk çeyrekte imzaladıkları sözleşmelerin yarısının ihracat kaynaklı olmasının değerli bir gösterge olduğunun altını çizdi. Akyol, "NATO Genel Sekreteri'nin ASELSAN'a gerçekleştirdiği ziyaret, şirketimizin küresel savunma ekosistemindeki konumunun artık stratejik düzeyde karşılık bulduğunu net biçimde ortaya koydu. Bu temas, ASELSAN'ın sadece teknoloji üreten bir şirket değil, aynı zamanda teknoloji standardı belirleyen bir aktöre dönüşümünün göstergesidir." ifadelerini kullandı. Akyol, gelecek hafta gerçekleşecek SAHA İstanbul'da üç lansmanla yeni ürünlerini ilk kez tanıtacaklarını belirterek, şunları kaydetti: "Bu ürünler, modern harp sahasını yakından takip ettiğimizi, değişen şartlara hızlı bir şekilde yanıt üretebildiğimizi ve küresel rekabet kapasitemizi ortaya koyacak. ASELSAN bugün, finansal gücünü teknoloji derinliğiyle, teknoloji derinliğini ise küresel etki alanıyla birleştiren bir yapıya dönüşmüş durumda. Önümüzdeki dönem, bu üç alanın aynı anda geliştiğine birlikte şahitlik edeceğiz. İlk çeyrek sonuçlarımız, 2026 ve sonrası hedeflerimizi gerçekleştireceğimize dair güçlü bir işaret olmuştur. Bu güçlü performans ile birlikte küresel marka olma yolunda yürümeye devam edeceğiz."
