She told the Eastern Daily Press: "I draw every day and I've done it my whole life."
Her dedication has led to a career spanning more than nine decades and brought her creations before audiences across the United Kingdom.
Ms Noyes characterises her approach as "semi-abstract" and says she draws little inspiration from other artists, preferring her work to reflect her own identity.
Large oil paintings of the Norfolk landscape are a particular forte, and this latest exhibition leans heavily into that passion.

Ms Noyes explained: "In terms of this exhibition - I have a particular crush on Norfolk marshes. You will also see some wildflowers."
Her deep connection to the natural world is evident throughout her body of work.
Individual pieces by Ms Noyes have been known to fetch prices of up to £5,000.
Although this exhibition is intended as her farewell to public showing, Ms Noyes has no plans to put down her brushes.
She added: "Art is the most wonderful thing I just love nature and my advice to others about living their life is to go with the flow."
Her neighbour and friend Anna Park, who runs the fashion house ANNA, paid tribute to the artist.
She described Ms Noyes as "a fantastic person, a wonderful neighbour and simply inspirational."
The free exhibition at Burnham Overy Staithe Boathouse remains open until August 5, offering what may be a final chance to see her work in a public setting.
