The bank, which is digital-only, has shared the steps people need to take to redeem the £100 payout.It comes as many ISA providers are making new cash offers this month, or increasing their rates to tempt savers, as the new tax year gets underway. First Direct has launched a new £100 cash incentive for ISA customers on top of its current account switching bonus, potentially giving new customers the opportunity to claim a combined total of £275.New and existing customers are being offered £100 if they deposit or transfer £10,000 or more into a First Direct variable cash ISA before May 4. To be eligible for the offer, customers need to hold a First Direct current account for the reward to be paid into.Explaining the steps customers need to take online, First Direct's website states: "We'll give you £100 cashback when you deposit or transfer in at least £10,000 of new funds into a First Direct Cash ISA. The offer is available between 6 April and 4 May 2026 when you top up and/or transfer £10,000 (or more) of new funds."First Direct says the offer online applies if you don’t already have one, and apply for a First Direct Cash ISA in our App or Online Banking, and top up and/or transfer in £10,000+ of new funds by 4 May 2026.
