Sanayi Bölgesi (OSB) Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Hüseyin Taklacı, Türkiye'nin ilk ihtisas mobilya organize sanayi bölgesi olan Elmadağ Mobilyacılar İhtisas OSB'nin 20 binin üzerinde istihdam sağlayacağını ve ihracatta katma değeri artıracağını bildirdi. Türkiye Ağaç İşleri Esnaf ve Sanatkarları Federasyonu (TAİF) Başkanı da olan Taklacı, AA muhabirine, Elmadağ Mobilyacılar İhtisas OSB'de yürütülen son çalışmalara ilişkin açıklamalarda bulundu. Elmadağ Mobilyacılar İhtisas OSB'nin yapımına, 2021 yılında başlandığını hatırlatan Taklacı, 2024 yılında ilk fabrikaların faaliyete geçtiğini ve bölgede fabrika kurulum çalışmalarının hızla devam ettiğini söyledi. Taklacı, 5 fabrikanın üretime geçtiği, 35 fabrikanın inşaatının sürdüğü bölgede, toplam 93 fabrikanın yer alacağını belirtti. OSB'de yapı ruhsatlarının yüzde 85'inin verildiğini aktaran Taklacı, arsa tahsislerinin yüzde 90'ının tamamlandığını kaydetti. Elmadağ Mobilyacılar İhtisas OSB'nin, bir meslek odası tarafından kurulan Türkiye'nin ilk OSB'si olduğuna işaret eden Taklacı, "OSB'miz, Türkiye'nin ilk ve Orta Doğu'nun en büyük el işçiliği mobilya merkezi olan Ankara Siteler'den ilham almış, el işçiliği mobilya kültürünü birinci lige taşımayı misyon edinmiş bir sanayi bölgesidir." dedi. Hüseyin Taklacı, OSB içinde yakın zamanda küçük sanayi sitesinin de kurulacağını ve büyük işletmelere küçük işletmelerin destek olacağını dile getirdi. Bölgenin ihtisas OSB olması sebebiyle mobilya ve tamamlayıcı sektörlerin tüm ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak şekilde tasarlandığını belirten Taklacı, eğitim merkezi, Ar-Ge ve test merkezi, ortak makine kullanım alanları, konferans salonu, malzeme satış teşhir yerleri, hizmet sektörü için ofisler, ibadet alanı ve akaryakıt istasyonu gibi olanaklara sahip olacağını anlattı. Elmadağ Mobilyacılar İhtisas OSB'de ruhsat almış yaklaşık 40 fabrikanın, bu yıl içinde inşaat faaliyetine başlamasını beklediklerini aktaran Taklacı, bölgenin lojistik konumunun sağladığı avantajlara da dikkati çekti. Demir İpek Yolu projesi kapsamında, konvansiyonel yük tren hattı üzerinde olan bölgenin, yapımı devam eden Ankara-Sivas Otoyolu'na ve Ankara-Samsun Yolu'na cephe vaziyetinde olduğunun altını çizen Taklacı, şu değerlendirmede bulundu: "Fabrikalar açıldıkça Kırıkkale, Elmadağ, Mamak, Altındağ gibi birçok bölgede, 20 binin üzerinde istihdam sağlanacak. Bölgede, katma değerli ürünler üretilecek. Mobilya konusunda, dünya ortalaması olan kilogram başına 3 dolarlık ürün değeri, kilogram başına 10 dolar seviyelerine çıkarılarak, ihracatta cari açığa destek olunacak." Elmadağ OSB'de, genişletme çalışmalarına başladıklarını da kaydeden Taklacı, "En kısa sürede sınır bütünlüğü korunarak ya da korunmadan, genişletme çalışmalarına başlıyoruz. Genişlemeden sonra toplam büyüklüğün yüzde 15'ini küçük sanayi sitesi olarak kullanacak olup, mobilyada yan sanayinin de gelişmesine katkı sağlayacak tesisler oluşturup, esnafımıza kazandıracağız." ifadesini kullandı.
