«التآزر» توقع اتفاقية لتعزيز تكوين اليد العاملة المحلية

وقعت المندوبية العامة للتضامن الوطني ومكافحة الإقصاء «التآزر»، ممثلة في أمينها العام أنوي ولد الشيخ، اتفاقية شراكة مع الوكالة الوطنية لتنفيذ ومتابعة المشاريع (ANESP)، ممثلة في مديرتها العامة ميمونة بنت أحمد سالم.

وجرى توقيع هذه الاتفاقية على هامش فعاليات يوم التفكير الاستراتيجي المنظم حول الحكامة والتشغيل والتمويل المستدام للبنى التحتية في إفريقيا، بالشراكة مع شبكة AFRICATIP.

وتهدف هذه الاتفاقية، وفقا للتآزر إلى إرساء آلية عملية لتكوين اليد العاملة المحلية، من خلال تنظيم دورات تدريبية ميدانية مستمرة ومباشرة داخل ورشات مشاريع «التآزر»، بما يسهم في تعزيز مهارات الشباب وتمكينهم من الارتقاء المهني، والانتقال من عمال غير متخصصين إلى عمال مؤهلين في تخصصات تقنية.

وقالت “التآزر”، إن هذه الخطوة تجسد دعم السياسات العمومية الرامية إلى تعزيز الإدماج الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، من خلال مقاربة تقوم على التمكين وبناء القدرات الوطنية، وترسيخ الأثر التنموي المستدام على مستوى مختلف ولايات الوطن.
