أطلقت وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي النسخة المُحدّثة من دليل الجامعات، بشأن إطار التقييم القائم على المخرجات، الذي يهدف إلى دعم مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الدولة، لتحقيق التميز، ضمن منظومة تقييم قائمة على المخرجات. ويمثل الإطار تحولاً نوعياً في منهجية تقييم أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي، من خلال التركيز على المخرجات والمهارات المكتسبة بدلاً من المدخلات التقليدية. ويقدم إطار التقييم القائم على المخرجات آلية تعتمد على البيانات، تتيح للمؤسسات التعليمية متابعة تقدمها بشكل منهجي، ومقارنة أدائها وفق مؤشرات دقيقة، بما يعزز ثقافة التحسين المستمر، استناداً إلى أدلة موثوقة ومعايير واضحة. ويشمل الإطار 24
