السيد: الدول منشغلة… والمساعدات تتراجع

أعلنت وزيرة الشؤون الاجتماعية حنين السيد، في حديث إلى صحيفة النهار، أن حجم المساعدات المقدمة خلال الحرب الحالية أقل مما كان عليه في الحرب الماضية، مشيرة إلى أن هذا التراجع يعود إلى تركيز الدول العربية على أوضاعها الداخلية.

وأضافت أن الجمعيات التي تقدم مساعدات دولية خفّضت ميزانياتها خلال السنتين الأخيرتين، ما انعكس سلباً على حجم الدعم المقدم للبنان في هذه المرحلة.

واعتبرت السيد أن هذه المعطيات تؤكد أن لبنان دخل الحرب في "أسوأ توقيت دولي"، في ظل تراجع الموارد وتقلص المساعدات الخارجية.
