amacıyla verdiği 13 hibe kararının tamamının açıkça hukuka aykırı olduğu tespit edildi. Raporda, hibe süreçlerinde iç denetim mekanizmalarının yetersiz kaldığı ve kararların yeterince belgelenmediği vurgulandı. Denetçiler, hibe başvurularının işlenmesi ve ödemelerde eyalet bütçe yönetmeliği ile diğer düzenlemelere uyulmadığını kaydetti. Söz konusu raporun ardından Eyalet Kültür Senatörü Sarah Wedl-Wilson’ın istifaya hazırlandığı bildirildi.
