بينما يحتفل العالم بإنجازات النساء، تُسطّر الدكتورة ألفت الدبعي نصرًا قانونيًا وحقوقيًا جديدًا يكسر قيود الابتزاز والتشهير الإلكتروني. حيث أعلنت نبيلة العبد، محامية الدكتورة ألفت الدبعي في مصر، صدور الحكم المدني قبل يومين من المحكمة الاقتصادية في مصر ضد “عادل الشجاع”، والذي قضى بتغريمه ربع مليون جنيه مصري، وذلك عن البوست الذي كتبه بعنوان “جوازي بلا وصاية: مقدمة لمجتمع المثلية في اليمن”، والذي اتهمها فيه عادل الشجاع بأنها تخطط لمجتمع المثلية في اليمن بسبب مناصرتها لحملة “جوازي بلا وصاية”، التي طالبت فيها الدكتورة برفع كافة الاشتراطات غير القانونية عن حق المرأة في الحصول على جواز سفرها وفقًا للقانون.
