استقبل البطريرك الماروني الكاردينال مار بشارة بطرس الراعي في الصرح البطريركي في بكركي، بطريرك السريان الكاثوليك مار إغناطيوس يوسف الثالث يونان، في زيارة للتهنئة بعيد البشارة والذكرى ال15 على تولي البطريرك الراعي السدة البطريركية.

ويندرج هذا اللقاء، وفق المكتب الإعلامي في بكركي، " في إطار التواصل الدائم بين الكنائس الشقيقة والحرص المشترك على ترسيخ وحدة القلوب وخدمة الإنسان.

كما شكل اللقاء مناسبة للتأكيد على قيم الشركة والتعاون ووحدة الشهادة في خدمة الكنيسة والمؤمنين.

وجرى عرض لعدد من الشؤون الكنسية والراعوية التي تهم أبناء الكنيسة وأهمية تعزيز الحضور الروحي والرسالة الكنسية في هٰذه المرحلة".
