قال الأمين العام لوزارة الإدارة المحلية بالوكالة بكر الرحامنة ، الخميس، إن الملاحظات الواردة حتى اللحظة اعتيادية، متوقعا تعمق تأثير المنخفض الجوي خلال الساعات المقبلة.

وأضاف الرحامنة أن الوزارة رفعت درجة الجاهزية في غرف الطوارئ الرئيسية والفرعية في بلديات المملكة كافة ومجالس الخدمات المشتركة للعمل على مدار الـ 24 ساعة المقبلة لمتابعة الحالة الجوية والتعامل الفوري مع أي طارئ نتيجة الأمطار الغزيرة المتوقعة مع ساعات فجر يوم الخميس.

وأشار إلى قيام الوزارة بمخاطبة سلطة وادي الأردن فيما يتعلق بالسدود التي وصلت إلى مستويات تخزين مرتفعة، مؤكدا اتخاذ السلطة كافة الإجراءات اللازمة للتعامل مع الحالة الجوية، مضيفا أن أغلب هذه السدود قد امتلأت نتيجة المنخفض الجوي الأخير.
