أن الفترة الممتدة بين 2022 و2026 شهدت تعبئة اعتمادات ضخمة بلغت نحو 1600 مليار درهم. وجاء هذا المعطى خلال تفاعل أخنوش مع مداخلات أعضاء مجلس المستشارين، في إطار مناقشة الحصيلة المرحلية لعمل الحكومة، حيث شدد على أن الاستثمار العمومي بات في صلب الخيارات الاقتصادية المعتمدة، في ظل سياق وطني ودولي اتسم بتحديات متلاحقة. وأوضح رئيس الحكومة أن هذا الحجم من التمويل يعكس تحولا في مقاربة تدبير المشاريع العمومية، معتبراً أن الرهان لم يعد يقتصر على إطلاق الأوراش، بل يمتد إلى تحقيق أثر مباشر على مستوى معيش المواطنين وتحفيز الدورة الاقتصادية. وأشار المتحدث إلى أن هذه الأرقام غير المسبوقة تترجم التزام الحكومة بتنفيذ تعهداتها، مبرزاً أن ضخ هذا المستوى من الاستثمارات يهدف إلى دعم النمو وتعزيز التوازنات الاجتماعية والمجالية. وأكد أخنوش أن هذا التوجه الاستثماري لا تحكمه اعتبارات ظرفية، بل يندرج ضمن
