olarak tarihe geçtiğini belirterek, "YILDIRIMHAN hem bizim menzilimizin ve caydırıcılığımızın göstergesi hem de barış ve huzur adına güvenlik şemsiyesi sembolüdür." dedi. Zorlu, Azerbaycan'ın başkenti Bakü'de düzenlenen 4. Uluslararası Türk Dünyası Mühendislik Zirvesi'nde konuştu. Çok önemli bir tema ve başlık aracılığıyla bir araya geldiklerini dile getiren Zorlu, yaşanan gelişmelerin ve dünyanın mevcut koşullarının, Türk dünyasının bu başlık etrafında çok daha fazla çalışması gereken bir dönemi işaret ettiğini söyledi. Zorlu, Türk dünyasının rasathaneler inşa eden, geleceği ve vizyonu anlayan mühendislerin sahasını ve coğrafyasını kuran bir medeniyete sahip olduğunu, yeni dönemde ise TEKNOFEST kuşağıyla birlikte İHA ve SİHA'lar üreten bir Türk dünyası ortaklığını hep birlikte yaşadıklarını belirtti. İstanbul'da düzenlenen SAHA 2026 Uluslararası Savunma, Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayi Fuarı'nda 6 bin kilometre menzilli "YILDIRIMHAN" kıtalararası balistik füzesinin tanıtıldığını hatırlatan Zorlu, şunları kaydetti: "Elbette bu Türkiye için bir gurur vesilesi ancak esasında başka bir anlam daha taşıyor. YILDIRIMHAN, esasında bütün Türk dünyasının menzilinin ortak buluşması ve eseri olarak tarihe geçmiştir. YILDIRIMHAN hem bizim menzilimizin ve caydırıcılığımızın göstergesi hem de barış ve huzur adına güvenlik şemsiyesi sembolüdür." Zorlu, Türk dünyasının birlikteliğinin hiçbir güç merkezine tehdit oluşturmadığını, aksine ortaya konulan proje ve çalışmalarla uzak coğrafyalarda barışı, huzuru ve güvenliği hissettiren bir medeniyetin temsili olduğunu vurguladı. Türk devletlerinin ekonomik gücüne de işaret eden Zorlu, "2002'de 197 milyar dolar olan toplam dış ticaret kapasitesi, bugün Türk devletlerinin diğer ülkelerle olan ticaretiyle birlikte çok daha büyük bir hacme ulaşmıştır. Bugün gayrisafi yurt içi hasılalarımızın toplamı 2,3 trilyon dolara ulaşmıştır. Hesaplamalarımıza göre 2030 yılında Türk Devletleri Teşkilatı ekonomik sistemi dünyanın 8. ekonomisi haline gelecektir." diye konuştu. Zorlu, Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan'ın Azerbaycan Cumhurbaşkanı İlham Aliyev'le Antalya Diplomasi Forumu kapsamında yaptığı görüşmede, ortak tarih kitabının hazırlanması hususunda mutabakat sağlandığını söyledi. "Türkiye ve Azerbaycan olarak ortak tarih kitabımızı yazmaya başlıyoruz." diyen Zorlu, ilgili kurumların bu hususta bir araya gelerek çalışmalara başlayacağını belirtti. Zorlu, "Gelin, bütün kurum ve kuruluşlarımızla Türk dünyasının Silikon Vadisi'ni birlikte hayata geçirelim. Astana'dan Bakü'ye, Taşkent'ten İstanbul'a, Budapeşte'den Lefkoşa'ya kadar uzanan bu vadi, 'Made in Türk dünyası' yazsın." ifadesini kullandı. Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan'ın "21. yüzyıl Türk dünyası yüzyılı olacaktır." sözlerini hatırlatan Zorlu, "Türkiye'nin bu konudaki iradesi nettir. Cumhurbaşkanımızın Türk dünyası vizyonu açıktır. Bizler de buna katkı sunmaya devam edeceğiz." dedi. Zorlu, etkinlik sonrasında basın mensuplarına yaptığı açıklamada, 15 Mayıs'ta Kazakistan'ın Türkistan kentinde TDT Gayriresmi Zirvesi'nin yapılacağını dile getirdi. Zirvenin "dijital kalkınma ve yapay zeka" temasıyla yapılacağını söyleyen Zorlu, "Türk dünyası ekonomisini ve 30'dan fazla başlıktaki çalışmalarını taçlandırıp büyütebilmesi için dijital mecrayla olan ilişkilerini geliştirmek mecburiyetindedir. Bu bilinçle TDT de çalışmalarına hız verecektir." diye konuştu.
