Bizim, Azerbaycan'ın buradaki duruşu, yaklaşımı ve Ermenistan'la süregelen ilişkileri en önemli ve birinci gündem maddemizdir." dedi. Türkiye Azerbaycan Dostluk İşbirliği ve Dayanışma Vakfı'nca (TADİV), Azerbaycan'ın ulusal lideri Haydar Aliyev'in 103. doğum yıl dönümü dolayısıyla "Haydar Aliyev ve Türk Dünyası" paneli düzenlendi. TADİV Şuşa Kongre Merkezi'ndeki programda konuşan AK Parti Genel Başkan Yardımcısı Zorlu, Aliyev'i anmanın, onun büyük vizyonunu, bıraktığı mirası ve Türk dünyasını bir araya getirmek için açtığı istikameti anlamak bakımından önem taşıdığını söyledi. Türk devletleri arasındaki temaslara değinen Zorlu, ülkeler arasındaki gelişmelerin işbirliği ve faydayı artıracak şekilde ilerlediğine işaret etti. Merhum Aliyev'in Azerbaycan'ın ikinci bağımsızlık döneminin inşasında liderlik rolünü üstlendiğini hatırlatan Zorlu, birinci bağımsızlık döneminin mimarı Mehmed Emin Resulzade'nin 'Bir kere yükselen bayrak bir daha inmez.' sözündeki bayrağın, Aliyev döneminde bir adım daha yukarılara kaldırıldığını dile getirdi. Aliyev'in dış politikada çok yönlü ve dengeli bir siyaseti hayata geçirdiğini belirten Zorlu, "Düşünün ki Sovyetler dağılmış ve o zor koşullarda Azerbaycan için hangi yolculuğa doğru gitmek isteyeceği yönünde büyük sorgulamalar, belirsizlikler, endişeler söz konusu. İşte öyle bir dönemde, Nahçıvan'da doğmuş yetişmiş böyle bir lider, temel istikametini Türk dünyası olarak belirlemiş ama bunun yanında bu yolculuğu güçlendirecek çok yönlülük ilkesiyle Batı'dan Doğu'ya önemli sıklet merkezlerini de Azerbaycan'ın çehresine yerleştirmeyi başarmıştır." diye konuştu. Aliyev'in gerçekçilik ve adım adım politikaları hayata geçirme yönündeki liderlik yöntemini hatırlatan Zorlu, "Bugün merhum Haydar Aliyev'in attığı o temel şimdi Sayın Cumhurbaşkanı İlham Aliyev döneminde yeni bir çehre kazanmış ve artık kendini bölgesinde kanıtlamış Azerbaycan'ın bir adım ötesine taşınarak, dünyada yaklaşımından ve tarihinden söz ettiren bir devlet olma konumuna taşımayı başarmıştır." ifadelerini kullandı. Zorlu, Karabağ Zaferi'nde İlham Aliyev'in liderliği ile Türkiye'nin Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan'ın ve Türk dünyasının desteğine dikkati çekerek, zaferi getiren dayanak noktalarından birinin ise Haydar Aliyev'in attığı temeller olduğunu kaydetti. Öte yandan Antalya Diplomasi Forumu'nun önemli gündem maddelerinden ve çıktılarından birinin de Orta Koridor meselesi olduğunu anımsatan Zorlu, Türkiye'nin Orta Koridor meselesini irdelerken, Türk dünyasına yeni bir güç alanı olarak sunmaya çalıştığı iki önemli proje olduğunu dile getirdi. Bunlardan birinin Kalkınma Yolu Projesi, diğerinin ise Hicaz Demiryolu'nun yeniden hayata geçirilmesine yönelik çalışmalar olduğunu ifade eden Zorlu, şunları kaydetti: "Bu büyük ufuk imkansız değil. Bugüne kadar liderlerimizin attığı adımlarla, projelerle hayata geçirildi bu çalışmalar devam ediyor. Çok önemli bir koridordan bahsediyoruz. Bunu çok daha fazla irdeleyip, artık dünyada gittiğimiz her yerde de konuşabilir durumda olmalıyız. Zira 600 milyar dolardan daha fazla olan bir ticaret kapasitesi o hatta, Türk Devletleri Teşkilatı'nda birlikte olduğumuz, kardeş ülkelerimizin coğrafyalarıyla bütünleştiğinde bir anlam taşıyabiliyor. Bize düşen, bunu iyi anlatmak, anlamlandırmak ve hayata geçirebilmektir. Bu açıdan bakıldığında Türkiye, Azerbaycan ve Ermenistan arasındaki ilişkiler özellikle Karabağ'daki o büyük zafer ve onun ortaya koyduğu neticelerle birlikte belli bir aşamaya geldi. Biz birlikte ve bu doğrultuda çalışmalarımızı ilerletiyor, normalleşme sürecimizde de gerekli adımları atıyoruz." Zorlu, 27 Nisan'da Kars Gümrü Demiryolu Projesi'nin yeniden hayata geçirilmesine yönelik önemli bir çalışma grubu toplantısının Kars'ta gerçekleştirildiğini anımsatarak, "Gümrü tarafında yaklaşık 14 kilometrelik, bizim tarafımızda 2 kilometrelik bir demir yolu hattından söz ediyoruz. Bütün bu hazırlık çalışmaları da inanıyorum ki Azerbaycan-Ermenistan arasında süregelen barış görüşmelerinin bizim hak ettiğimiz ve istediğimiz türde gerçekleşmesiyle adım adım yeniden hayata geçecektir." dedi. Zorlu, süreci sekteye uğratabilecek dezenformasyon ve fitne girişimlerine karşı dikkatli olunması gerektiğini vurguladı. "Tarihimiz bir, dilimiz bir, kökümüz bir." diyen Zorlu, sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü: "Geçmişte Avrupa Birliği'nin elde ettiği koşullar ve avantajların çok ötesinde bizi birbirimize bağlayan temel avantajlar ve koşullar söz konusu. İnanıyorum ki tarih bizi çağırıyor, zaman bizi işaret ediyor. Dünyada çok katmanlı krizler yaşanıyor. Bölgelerimizde savaş söz konusu. Ama devletlerimiz ve liderlerimiz bir araya geldiği zaman en çok neyi konuşuyorlar? Barışı, huzuru, o coğrafyada yeniden güveni tesis etmeyi. Halkların refahı için her türlü lojistik hattın yeniden dizayn edilebilmesi gibi önemli bir ufuk çizgisini hayata geçiriyorlar. İşte bu bağlamda inşallah birlik ve beraberliğimizi hep birlikte geleceğe taşıyacağımıza yürekten inanıyorum." Haydar Aliyev'i rahmetle ve minnetle anan Zorlu, 22 Mayıs'ta Diyarbakır'da Ziya Gökalp'in anısına düzenlenecek programa tüm vatandaşları davet etti. Türkiye-Azerbaycan Parlamentolar Arası Dostluk Grubu ve AK Parti İstanbul Milletvekili Şamil Ayrım da Aliyev'in yalnızca bir siyasetçi değil, bir milletin kaderini değiştiren, tarihine yön veren ve geleceğini inşa eden büyük bir lider olduğunu belirtti.
