"Gülistan Doku soruşturması" gibi toplum vicdanında derin iz bırakan faili meçhul olayların aydınlatılması için bu alanda kurumsal kapasitenin güçlendirildiğini ifade eden Gürlek, terörden örgütlü suçlara, dijital suçlardan dezenformasyonla mücadeleye, afet süreçlerinden faili meçhul dosyaların aydınlatılmasına kadar geniş bir alanda ihtisaslaşmayı güçlendirdiklerini aktardı.
