yargı sürecine gitmeden, uzlaşma temelinde çözüme kavuşturduklarını belirtti. Arabuluculuk uygulamalarıyla daha hızlı ve etkin sonuçlar elde ederken, mahkemelerin iş yükünü önemli ölçüde azalttıklarını vurgulayan Gürlek, şunları kaydetti: "2025 yılında arabuluculuk yöntemiyle uyuşmazlıkların yüzde 54'ünde anlaşma sağlandı. Bu sayede, hukuk mahkemelerinin iş yükü yüzde 25,4 oranında azaldı. İş mahkemelerinin iş yükü yüzde 77,5 oranında azaldı. Tüketici mahkemelerinin iş yükü yüzde 46,1 oranında azaldı. Asliye ticaret mahkemelerinin iş yükü yüzde 32,9 oranında azaldı. Vatandaşlarımızın adalet hizmetlerinden memnuniyetini artırmak amacıyla daha hızlı ve etkin çözümler sunan uygulamaların kapsamını genişletmeye kararlılıkla devam edeceğiz."
