2026 - 14:17 ‎عوكاشا يؤكد أن الحكومة اختارت إصلاح الاقتصاد بدل التقشف لتمويل الأوراش الاجتماعية A A A A Reset متابعة ‎في إطار النقاش العمومي حول الحصيلة الحكومية، وخلال ندوة نظمها حزب التجمع الوطني للأحرار اليوم الاثنين 27 أبريل 2026 بمقره المركزي في الرباط، قدّم ياسين عوكاشا، رئيس الفريق البرلماني للحزب بمجلس النواب، قراءة في أداء الحكومة، مؤكداً أنها اختارت منذ بداية ولايتها مسار إصلاح الاقتصاد الوطني بدل اللجوء إلى التقشف، بهدف تأمين تمويل الأوراش الاجتماعية الكبرى. ‎وجاء تصريح عوكاشا خلال ندوة خُصصت لتقديم الحصيلة الحكومية، حيث أوضح أن تقديم هذه الحصيلة قبل نهاية الولاية التشريعية بأربعة أشهر يعكس، حسب تعبيره، إرادة سياسية لفتح نقاش عمومي حول منجزات الحكومة وإتاحة فرصة تقييمها. ‎وأشار المتحدث إلى أن الحكومة واجهت منذ انطلاقتها ظرفية دولية صعبة، طبعتها تداعيات جائحة COVID-19، تلتها الأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية، إلى جانب أزمات اقتصادية عالمية متلاحقة، غير أنها اختارت إصلاح المنظومة الجبائية كمدخل لخلق هوامش مالية جديدة تدعم الاقتصاد الوطني. ‎وأضاف عوكاشا أن المؤشرات الاقتصادية، حسب تعبيره، تعكس تحسناً في أداء الاقتصاد المغربي، حيث ارتفع معدل النمو من 1.8 في المائة إلى 4.1 في المائة، مع توقع بلوغه 5 في المائة خلال السنة الجارية، مشيراً إلى أن هذا الأداء حظي بتقييم إيجابي من مؤسسات وطنية ودولية من بينها المندوبية السامية للتخطيط ووكالة Moody’s. ‎وفي ما يتعلق بالشق الاجتماعي، أوضح المسؤول البرلماني أن الحكومة رفعت ميزانية قطاع الصحة من 18 إلى 40 مليار درهم، فيما بلغت ميزانية التعليم حوالي 100 مليار درهم، في إطار دعم ورش الدولة الاجتماعية. ‎وختم عوكاشا بأن هذا التوجه الاقتصادي مكن الحكومة من مواصلة تنزيل الإصلاحات الاجتماعية، مع اتخاذ إجراءات تهدف إلى حماية
