It was reported at 7.16am that a collision has taken place involving a white Renault Captur and a white Toyota Proace City van and that the van driver had left the area on foot. Diversion routes are in place and police are still at the scene along with National Highways officers.‌West Yorkshire Police Detective Inspector Daniel Ridgway said: "This is a tragic incident in which a man has lost his life.
