The Melbourne man was one of four division one winning entries in the TattsLotto draw on Saturday. He recalled the moment he realised his prize was much bigger than $1,600. 'It still hasn't sunk in!' he laughed. 'It was Saturday night, and I was with my adult kids when I checked my TattsLotto ticket. 'I turned to them and I said, "I've won $1,600! Woo-hoo!". 'Then my son checked the ticket and said, "No dad, you've won $1.6 million! You've won the biggest prize!" I just kept saying to him, "No! I've won $1,600!".' The lucky winner said he was in 'shock'. The Melbourne man was one of four division one winning entries in the TattsLotto draw on Saturday (stock image) 'I've always imagined how I'd react to winning the major prize, but when it actually happened, I just went numb!' he said. 'I've been playing the same lottery numbers for two and a half years. I don't know why I chose them, but I've stuck with them ever since. 'I never thought I'd see the inside of the Lott building! 'Thank you very much. It's a nice prize.' The winning ticket was purchased at Moomba Park Authorised Newsagency in Fawkner. Owner Kevin Liu said it was the eighth time he had sold a winning ticket for the division one draw. 'This year is our ten-year anniversary of managing the business since 2016 and this is our eighth division one winning entry sold in last ten years!' he said. 'We're so thrilled to have sold another division one winning entry and our customers have also expressed their excitement in the past week. Two of the four winners are located in Victoria, and one each is located in Queensland and South Australia 'We've decorated the store with plenty of balloons and posters to celebrate this amazing milestone.
