9-day holiday: UAE announces Eid Al Adha, mid-term break for schools
المصدر: Khaleej Times | Source: Khaleej TimesThe Ministry of Education announced the mid-term break for the third semester and Eid Al Adha for students and administrative and teaching staff will be during the period from May 25 to 29, according to Al Bayan.
The Ministry has now approved the schedule for the third and final semester of the current academic year, which specified in detail the dates of exams, announcement of results and holidays until the end of the year.
This holiday comes as the first major stop before students enter the final assessment phase, as it represents a short break before important academic milestones, at a time when school administrations have confirmed that this timing allows students to rearrange their academic priorities and prepare better for upcoming tests, especially with the end of the school year approaching.
According to the schedule, students will return to their classrooms on June 1 to resume the third semester, with mock exams being held on June 15 and 16.
